I will be posting a lot of new recipes that I have created, recreated, or found from others. This will be happening in the next week, so if you're tired of eating the same things over and over, no worries! You will have some new and fun options awaiting you! Until then, be creative with your foods and your workouts! Have fun with everything. Health and fitness is a lifestyle not a goal with a deadline date. Your goals should be continuous and refreshed with new goals as you accomplish old ones. They can be big or small, with a short or long time frame to be accomplished. What you make of this smart lifestyle choice should be exciting, not boring. Otherwise, it will just be hard to maintain. Make it so interesting that instead, it's hard to give up!
